Refund & Return Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Additional non-returnable items:
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- If you used the product less than a month.
Cancellation of Services
Clients may request a cancellation within 3 days of the initial agreement date, provided that no custom development or system integrations have begun.
If work has already commenced — including consultation, system planning, or partial deployment — a partial refund may be issued, less the cost of services rendered up to the cancellation point.
No refunds will be provided once full deployment or delivery of services is complete, including but not limited to AI solution integrations and digital access provided.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
